Three things motivate Brian Algee in everything he does. As a chef, he has a passion for excellence. As a father, his main goal is to raise a son with integrity. As a compassionate individual, Brian wants to empower others to build a better future for themselves.
Brian has more than 20 years of culinary experience in all types of kitchen environments. Brian Algee started as a tournant chef for the prestigious Hotel Bel-Air, advancing to sous chef as he quickly honed his skills and expertise. At Nordstrom Café Bistro, he managed all aspects of a high volume kitchen, streamlining workflows to cut costs while still providing an excellent dining experience. Brian currently works as chef and owner of Chef B’s Catering where he creates menus and prepares specialized meals for clients. He regularly trains others to become chefs so they can experience success in kitchens of their own.

When Brian isn’t working, he’s spending time with his son. He says one day he would like to pioneer a program that offers culinary education to foster kids. He believes giving them a career path could be the key to a brighter future.
